|Surfguard||Online||If you experience error messages when processing Assessment Proficiencies or Bulk Proficiencies please clear your web browser cache settings. The first step to resolve the problem is to login to Surfguard and on your keyboard press the F5 key on the top row. If this does not solve the problem go to:- http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ - and follow the instructions for your web browser. |

| Members Portal ||Online||If you experience difficulties when entering your DOB when creating a Members Portal Log in account, using the DOB calendar widget, please type in your DOB using the format DD/MM/YEAR. The calendar issue seems to exist when using internet browser Google Chrome and Firefox. |
