My Surfguard account has been deactivated - how do I get access again?
After long periods of inactivity, Surfguard accounts are deactivated for security reasons. In order to get the account reactivated, please re-submit the Form 049 counter-signed by a current committee member.

The form can be submitted here at support.sls.com.au by raising a ticket, by email to [email protected] or by fax to (02) 9215 8180.

Accounts are usually actioned the day they are received. If you require any further assistance, please let me know,
